Tata Technologies have appointed Thuja Design as Workplace consultants and Interior designers for its £20 million European headquarters in Leamington Spa, Warwick. 

BAM are commencing on site this month to create the 63,000 sq ft office building that will house around 600 staff focused on emerging vehicle technologies, and forming part of Tata Technologies’ commitment to the UK as part of its continuing growth strategy.
 
The base will house Tata Technologies' engineering support services as well as a research and development centre aimed at further developing the company's capabilities and growth opportunities, especially in the automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery sectors. The Tata Group owns Jaguar Land Rover.

Designed by architects Webb Gray, the building will contain a feature staircase and modern working environments. It will take the form of two wings with a central core and include the use of natural stone. Around 150 people are expected to work on the construction.
